Yes! in fact, it’s a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you’ll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don’t want to! An important goal for us is that you’re comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we’ll set up a plan for you. We also provide online consultations for at home workouts.
It all depends on you! We’ll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!

Such a nice, fun and friendly group! The trainer is super caring and attentive and really supportive to lift you from where you are at to a better performance. Classes are always different and have a specific focus on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It’s always worthwhile getting up early for this class.

V2 Fitness is the ultimate fitness destination which I have found for myself as sustainable and a place where I belong. The trainers Deepak and Mandar focus a lot on your personal strengths and guide you to focus on what weak areas you can improve while still maintaining overall well-being. They constantly challenge to go over an above and push to be the best outside of your comfort Zone. The fellow members are like an extended family always caring for each other. When I was new to the group, everyone helped me with specific technical steps in any exercise. It is due to this sense of belongingness I keep showing up every time. 5 stars to V2 and I am sure they will grow much bigger and yet still have the core attributes with them, those which have made them so successful.

I’ve joined the V2 Fitness family recently and been loving it. So welcoming, great bunch of people and the workouts are well structured, varied and fun. Coaches are great, really personable, get to know you and also know their stuff. Highly recommend!

Honestly I tried few different fitness places for a balanced workout but I found either too intense or direction less, But at V2 Fitness both coaches (Deepak & Mandar ) have Vigour and Passion towards what they do and they patiently monitor each individual and motivate them to be part of the team at own pace, I would say its more of a personal one-one training at throw away price, I am loving it. Deepak & Mandar are very highly motivating and inspiring fitness gurus of Artarmon. Although they run this as a business but they are giving more to the society, care for everyone who joins their team and want to really bring fitness in everyone’s life. When you join V2 fitness group, you don’t just have. Business dealing. You become a part of the family. It’s like growing fitter with your extended family. They do lot of things for the community such as complete assessment and motivate us to work harder to get fitter before the next full body assessment. Strongly recommend everyone in the vicinity to join them and make full use of their wonderful service and become fit!

I have truly loved the morning workouts conducted by both Deepak and Mandar! They are really very thorough and ensure that the best comes out of the individual. Amazing Experience !!! The best place and best coaches to work with. I have been training with Coach Deepak for 2 months now and never felt this better before. I am part of a fabulous tribe of people who are relentlessly consistent with their workouts. I enjoy the variety and surprise of the workouts each morning. Both of the coaches are wonderful human beings who guide you properly through each exercise. If you happen to be absent for a bit, be sure to receive a text message from one of the coaches. They are always ready to motivate you. It’s a lot of fun to be a part of this tribe.

Four months ago I started exercising with Deepak and Mandar as my trainer. Health is wealth and one place that helps you turn healthy is V2 fitness . Workouts are never fun without the right trainers and both Deepak and Mandar help motivate in the right direction, instill confidence through regular counselling and keep it interesting with changing workouts. The one hour workout has warm up, main workout and cool down. I appreciate the effort and care that V2 fitness academy drives in the willoughby community.
